Wrecker Award : ウィキペディア英語版
Gavin Brown Award
The Gavin Brown Desire Indicator Award is an Australian rules football award given by the Collingwood Football Club to the player who performs the most desperate acts (commonly known as "one-percenters" or "desire indicators") over the course of the season. The Gavin Brown Award was the natural replacement for the Wrecker Award, which was introduced by Leigh Matthews in 1990 and given to the player who was engaged in the most tackles and "one-percenters" over the course of the season. The Wrecker Award was abolished after 1999.
The award is named after Gavin Brown, who played 254 games (scoring 195 goals) for Collingwood, was skipper for five years, won the 1990 premiership, twice won the E. J. Whitten Medal (once as captain of the Victorian team), won the Copeland Trophy three times, was twice selected for the All-Australian team, and was inducted as the 4th interchange player for Collingwood's Team of the Century five years after the initial selection.〔(【引用サイトリンク】 title=Gavin Brown - Player Bio )
